Tato \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00e1 pevnost je kompromis, pro kter\u00fd je slitina navr\u017eena \u2014 ale stejn\u00e1 chemie bohat\u00e1 na zinek a obsahuj\u00edc\u00ed m\u011b\u010f, kter\u00e1 poh\u00e1n\u00ed pevnost, tak\u00e9 \u010din\u00ed 7075 m\u00e9n\u011b odolnou v\u016f\u010di korozi a prakticky nesva\u0159itelnou metodami taven\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cena t\u00e9to pevnosti se projevuje v provozu: ve vlhk\u00e9m, mo\u0159sk\u00e9m nebo chloridov\u00e9m prost\u0159ed\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee 7075 ve stavu \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00e9ho vytvrzen\u00ed prasknout p\u0159i trval\u00e9m tahov\u00e9m zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed \u2014 jde o poruchov\u00fd re\u017eim zvan\u00fd korozn\u00ed prask\u00e1n\u00ed za nap\u011bt\u00ed (SCC), kter\u00fd \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd n\u00e1t\u011br zcela neeliminuje. 7075 odpov\u00edd\u00e1 na toto riziko z\u00e1m\u011brn\u011b p\u0159est\u00e1rnut\u00fdm stavem T73, kter\u00fd odevzd\u00e1v\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00e9 pevnosti, aby byla slitina spolehliv\u00e1 tam, kde o konstrukci rozhoduje koroze a dlouh\u00e1 \u017eivotnost \u2014 a zda zvolit T73 nebo jeho od nap\u011bt\u00ed uvoln\u011bn\u00e9ho bratrance T7351, je rozhodnut\u00ed, kter\u00e9 vysv\u011btluje n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed sekce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Porozum\u011bn\u00ed stavu T73<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cT73\u201d znamen\u00e1, \u017ee materi\u00e1l je rozpou\u0161t\u011bc\u00edm \u017e\u00edh\u00e1n\u00edm tepeln\u011b zpracov\u00e1n, zakalen a pot\u00e9 <strong>p\u0159est\u00e1rnut<\/strong> prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm dvoustup\u0148ov\u00e9ho procesu um\u011bl\u00e9ho st\u00e1rnut\u00ed. Pro jak\u00fdkoli d\u00edl, kter\u00fd \u017eije v korozi nebo p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161\u00ed cyklick\u00e9 zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed, se tento kompromis t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 v\u017edy vyplat\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">T73 s\u00e1m je <strong>nezahrnuje:<\/strong> od nap\u011bt\u00ed uvoln\u011bn\u00fd, tak\u017ee siln\u011b obr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00e1 deska T73 se m\u016f\u017ee st\u00e1le pohybovat, jak je materi\u00e1l odeb\u00edr\u00e1n. Tato mezera je d\u016fvodem, pro\u010d existuje varianta \u201c51\u201d: T7351 p\u0159id\u00e1v\u00e1 po zakalen\u00ed prota\u017een\u00ed o 1,5\u20133 %, kombinuj\u00edc p\u0159est\u00e1rnutou odolnost proti korozi T73 se stabilitou obr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00ed T651. Zinek poskytuje prim\u00e1rn\u00ed zpevn\u011bn\u00ed, m\u011b\u010f p\u0159id\u00e1v\u00e1 tvrdost a chrom zlep\u0161uje odolnost proti SCC; T73 jednodu\u0161e manipuluje se strukturou precipit\u00e1t\u016f tak, aby n\u00e1chylnost ke korozi poh\u00e1n\u011bn\u00e1 m\u011bd\u00ed ji\u017e ne\u0159\u00eddila \u017eivotnost d\u00edlu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jak se T73 li\u0161\u00ed od T6<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">T6 je \u0161pi\u010dkov\u011b vytvrzen v jedin\u00e9m kroku um\u011bl\u00e9ho st\u00e1rnut\u00ed (~120 \u00b0C) pro dosa\u017een\u00ed maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed pevnosti, s pouze m\u00edrnou odolnost\u00ed proti SCC. T73 prov\u00e1d\u00ed nav\u00edc stupe\u0148 p\u0159est\u00e1rnut\u00ed, p\u0159ij\u00edmaj\u00edc o ~12\u201315 % ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed UTS a mez kluzu, aby byla slitina odoln\u00e1 proti SCC a hou\u017eevnat\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Hustota, modul a tepeln\u00e1 rozta\u017enost jsou vlastnosti na \u00farovni slitiny a identick\u00e9 u ka\u017ed\u00e9ho stavu 7075 \u2014 pouze pevnost a korozn\u00ed chov\u00e1n\u00ed se m\u011bn\u00ed s tepeln\u00fdm zpracov\u00e1n\u00edm.
