What Is 7075 Aluminum Square Bar?<\/h2>\n

7075 aluminum square bar is one of the strongest commercially available aluminum sections, with zinc as the primary alloying element delivering strength comparable to many steels at roughly one-third the weight. Linsy supplies 7075 square bar in T6, T651, T7351 and T7451 tempers for aircraft structures, molds, dies, fixtures and high-stress machine parts where rigidity is non-negotiable. In the T6 and T651 tempers it reaches peak tensile strength (~570 MPa); the T73\/T7351 and T7451 tempers trade some strength for improved resistance to stress-corrosion cracking, which matters for thicker sections and outdoor or corrosive service.<\/p>\n
