La r\u00e9sistance provient des pr\u00e9cipit\u00e9s de siliciure de magn\u00e9sium form\u00e9s lors du traitement de vieillissement T5\/T6 \u2014 \u00e0 l'\u00e9tat O, il est mou et formable, et \u00e0 l'\u00e9tat T5\/T6, il atteint une r\u00e9sistance structurelle mod\u00e9r\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La raison d'\u00eatre de cet alliage est l'extrusion. Il s'\u00e9coule \u00e0 travers la fili\u00e8re \u00e0 grande vitesse, maintient des parois minces et des sections transversales complexes, et sort avec une surface qui s'anodise en un fini brillant uniforme. Cela repr\u00e9sente environ 60 % du 6061-T6 (310 MPa) et environ 70 % du 6063-T6 (215 MPa). La plupart des applications rel\u00e8vent de cat\u00e9gories o\u00f9 un profil\u00e9 propre, complexe et pr\u00eat \u00e0 anodiser importe plus que la capacit\u00e9 de charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cadres architecturaux et murs-rideaux<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le domaine principal. Les cadres de fen\u00eatres, cadres de portes, montants de murs-rideaux et sections de fa\u00e7ades utilisent le 6060 car il s'extrude en formes \u00e9lanc\u00e9es \u00e0 parois minces et s'anodise en une surface brillante uniforme. Le T5 est la trempe architecturale standard ici \u2014 il \u00e9quilibre r\u00e9sistance et stabilit\u00e9 dimensionnelle directement \u00e0 la sortie de la presse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Garde-corps, rampes et garnitures d\u00e9coratives<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les balustrades, rampes et garnitures int\u00e9rieures reposent sur les m\u00eames propri\u00e9t\u00e9s : surfaces extrud\u00e9es lisses, bonne r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 l'anodisation, et r\u00e9sistance suffisante pour les \u00e9l\u00e9ments non structurels ou l\u00e9g\u00e8rement charg\u00e9s. Lorsque l'apparence est la priorit\u00e9, le 6063 est souvent cit\u00e9 comme r\u00e9f\u00e9rence esth\u00e9tique \u2014 mais le 6060 maintient des tol\u00e9rances de paroi plus fines dans les sections complexes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tubes pour mobilier et biens de consommation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les tubes pour mobilier, structures d'affichage et produits de consommation utilisent le 6060 pour sa l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9, sa formabilit\u00e9 aux \u00e9tats plus mous, et son co\u00fbt par rapport aux alliages \u00e0 plus haute r\u00e9sistance. Le T4 est pertinent lorsque la pi\u00e8ce n\u00e9cessite un cintrage ou un formage secondaire apr\u00e8s extrusion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Int\u00e9rieurs de transport et \u00e9clairage<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les profil\u00e9s d'int\u00e9rieur de transport, rails d'\u00e9clairage et corps de luminaires utilisent le 6060 lorsque la r\u00e9duction de poids et un fini propre importent mais que la charge structurelle est faible. Les applications de transport ext\u00e9rieures doivent confirmer l'exposition \u00e0 la corrosion avant sp\u00e9cification \u2014 voir la note sur la corrosion sous Travailler avec le 6060.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Options de trempe du 6060<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le 6060 est fourni dans une gamme de tempes qui \u00e9changent la r\u00e9sistance contre la formabilit\u00e9. Il est refroidi directement depuis la presse d'extrusion puis vieilli, atteignant ainsi une r\u00e9sistance mod\u00e9r\u00e9e sans trempe s\u00e9par\u00e9e \u2014 ce qui maintient les co\u00fbts bas et la qualit\u00e9 de surface \u00e9lev\u00e9e. Pour les profil\u00e9s standard de fen\u00eatres, portes et garnitures, le T5 est le choix par d\u00e9faut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quand le T6 ou le T66 convient mieux<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si la section doit supporter une charge structurelle r\u00e9elle \u2014 port\u00e9es de murs-rideaux plus larges, balustrades porteuses \u2014 passez au T6 (limite d'\u00e9lasticit\u00e9 \u2265150 MPa) ou au T66 (limite d'\u00e9lasticit\u00e9 \u2265160 MPa). Le T66 augmente la limite d'\u00e9lasticit\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un contr\u00f4le plus strict de l'extrusion et du refroidissement et constitue le choix courant pour les murs-rideaux haute performance. Le co\u00fbt est un processus l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus complexe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Note sur les \u00e9tats O et T4<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les \u00e9tats O et T4 sont des tempes de formabilit\u00e9, non de r\u00e9sistance. L'\u00e9tat O est enti\u00e8rement mou ; le T4 est vieilli naturellement et reste suffisamment ductile pour le cintrage et le sertissage apr\u00e8s extrusion. For window frames, furniture tubing, and decorative trim, it is the pragmatic choice \u2014 6061 is stronger but less willing to form fine sections, and 6063, while the surface-finish benchmark, gives up a little on complex-wall extrudability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Formability after supply. In O or T4, 6060 bends and flanges without cracking. When the part requires secondary cold work, 6060 (or 6063) is more suitable than 6061-T6.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">When 6061 or 6063 Fits Better<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Structural load or welding simplicity. 6061-T6 delivers roughly 60% higher yield strength (276 MPa) and welds with all common processes. For machine frames, bike frames, and marine structures where load governs, 6061 is the standard. If the project is pure aesthetics with simple geometry, 6063 edges out 6060 on surface quality.
