Aluminum Wire Production Process

Linsy aluminum wire is produced through an integrated, high-speed process ensuring optimal electrical and mechanical properties. The process begins with continuous casting from the Melting Furnace to form a large rod. This rod is then reduced in diameter via Drawing Machines and conditioned in Annealing Furnaces. The wire is finished by Strandinginto final conductors, ensuring excellent conductivity and dimensional accuracy for all applications.

3.Temper and Conductivity Control

4.Stranding

5. Secure Spooling and Packaging

The final wire or cable is spooled onto reels, coils, or bobbins using automated Spooling and Coiling Machines. The finished product is then secured with protective wrapping and strapping to prevent physical damage and ensure it is ready for customer delivery and installation.
