A resist\u00eancia prov\u00e9m de precipitados de silicioreto de magn\u00e9sio formados durante o tratamento de envelhecimento T6, enquanto o mangan\u00eas refina o gr\u00e3o e aumenta a resist\u00eancia sem comprometer a resist\u00eancia \u00e0 corros\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Essa composi\u00e7\u00e3o rica em mangan\u00eas tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 o motivo pelo qual o 6082 \u00e9 mais dif\u00edcil de extrudar atrav\u00e9s de uma matriz do que o 6061 ou o 6063, portanto ele troca parte da conformabilidade pela maior rela\u00e7\u00e3o resist\u00eancia-peso da fam\u00edlia. O resfriamento r\u00e1pido em \u00e1gua trava esses elementos no lugar antes que possam precipitar. O envelhecimento artificial a aproximadamente 170\u2013180\u00b0C por v\u00e1rias horas ent\u00e3o precipita part\u00edculas finas de Mg\u2082Si que bloqueiam o movimento das discord\u00e2ncias e aumentam a resist\u00eancia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">T6 vs T651 para 6082<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O T651 \u00e9 a vers\u00e3o aliviada de tens\u00f5es do T6. Ap\u00f3s o resfriamento, o perfil \u00e9 estirado de 1\u20133% para remover tens\u00f5es residuais e, em seguida, envelhecido.
