Aluminum Wire Production Process
Linsy aluminum wire is produced through an integrated, high-speed process ensuring optimal electrical and mechanical properties. The process begins with continuous casting from the Melting Furnace to form a large rod. This rod is then reduced in diameter via Drawing Machines and conditioned in Annealing Furnaces. The wire is finished by Strandinginto final conductors, ensuring excellent conductivity and dimensional accuracy for all applications.

2.Diameter Reduction via Drawing
The as-rolled wire rod is fed into a high-speed Wire Drawing Machine. The rod is pulled through a series of successively smaller dies, reducing its diameter significantly while simultaneously increasing its mechanical strength through work hardening. This step is crucial for achieving the final gauge and strength.
3.Temper and Conductivity Control
Depending on the required temper (e.g., O temper for soft wire), the drawn wire undergoes Ủ trong một kiểm soát Lò ủ (often a continuous electric furnace). This thermal treatment relieves internal stress and restores maximum ductility and electrical conductivity.
4.Stranding
For multi-strand conductors (e.g., AAC, AAAC), single wires are gathered and twisted together using a Stranding Machine. This process increases the conductor’s flexibility, strength, and overall current-carrying capacity while maintaining the geometric precision of the final cable.
5. Secure Spooling and Packaging
The final wire or cable is spooled onto reels, coils, or bobbins using automated Spooling and Coiling Machines. The finished product is then secured with protective wrapping and strapping to prevent physical damage and ensure it is ready for customer delivery and installation.
