8009 铝 (also referenced as FVS121 / AlFe8.7Si1.8V1.3) is a dispersion-strengthened 8000-series alloy built around a fine iron–silicon–vanadium intermetallic network rather than traditional age hardening. This gives it high strength that is retained at elevated temperatures, plus good fatigue resistance. What Is 8009 Aluminum Alloy?

8009 is a powder-metallurgy-derived dispersion-strengthened alloy whose strength comes from a uniform dispersion of thermally stable Al–Fe–Si–V intermetallics. Unlike 2xxx/7xxx alloys, its strength does not collapse at moderately high service temperatures, making it attractive for aerospace and engine-adjacent structural parts. It is not a lithium-bearing alloy; its chemistry is iron–silicon–vanadium based.
